Returns & Refunds Policy – Casa Valour
Casa Valour Pty Ltd (“Casa Valour”, “we”, “us”) wants you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how we accept returns.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. No change-of-mind returns
Because our furniture is large, heavy and costly to transport, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or if you simply decide the item is not to your taste.
Please check measurements, colours and access to your property carefully before ordering.
2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the ACL if your item:
- arrives damaged,
- has a major fault, or
- is not what you ordered.
If this happens:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging.
We will assess the problem and may:
- arrange a repair or replacement,
- send replacement parts, or
- provide a refund or store credit where required by law.
3. Conditions for returns
When a return is approved:
- Items must be same condition was delivered for collection.
- You must keep or provide suitable packaging so the item can be transported.
- We will confirm who is responsible for freight costs, depending on the nature of the issue and our obligations under the ACL.
4. Items not covered
We may refuse a return where:
- damage is caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly or lack of care, or
- the issue is a result of normal wear and tear.
